New Report shows Foreclosures and Late-Stage Delinquencies Drop
Ok, well here is a bit or refreshing news, perhaps we are not out from under the clouds, but I think there is sunshine coming! According to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Foreclosure starts dropped during the second quarter and the inventory of homes in the process of foreclosure fell for the first time since 2006. the market I am in is Metro Phoenix, Arizona, I can say there has been a bit of an increase, and the properties that look the best (beauty contest) and are price correctly will get multiple bids on them...and the ones that don't win the beauty and price contest don't get the looks or the bids.
